BEARTRAP CANYON VINEYARD
Bear Paw Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are grown in BearTrap Canyon Vineyards' 6-acre family-owned and operated vineyard in the foothills of California's Angeles Forest. Planted with rootstock from Napa Valley and established over 15 years ago, the vineyard produces premium-quality Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. At an elevation of approximately 3800 feet, the warm sunny days and cool nights give BearTrap Canyon the ideal climate for growing Cabernet grapes. Each of our vines is individually pruned and trellised. The resulting crop of small-berried, intensely flavored Cabernet grapes has the perfect balance of sugars and acids.
BEAR PAW CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Our Bear Paw Cabernet Sauvignon is produced and cellared in Santa Barbara County by an award-winning winemaker with over 20 years of wine making experience. Aged for over 18 months in French oak barrels, our Bear Paw Cabernet pairs nicely with many foods.
